Walk of sorrow
Tansi!
I had the great opportunity of taking photos of everyone participating in the walk of sorrows. the walk of sorrows is described as being a healing journey for all those walking. while I was unable to participate in the momentous journey the chance to be able to speak with those walking and hear their stories firsthand was healing in and of itself. these photos were taken at a powwow held in their honour at the Algonquins of pikwakanagan first nation. I would like to extend my thanks to those who I had the honour of meeting, and to the pikwakanagan first nation for hosting this event and making all those visiting your territory feel so welcomed.
